The Meijer LGPA Classic for Simply Give is an event for the entire family but there was so much for kids to do besides watch golf.
In addition to watching the LPGA professionals, young golf fans had the opportunity to participate in a Fun Run during the Meijer LPGA Classic 5k Run & Walk presented by Kellogg’s and visit the Junior Clinic presented by Procter & Gamble. The two-hour clinic featured fun activities, games and group instruction by LPGA professionals and local golf pros.
While the third round of golf was underway, Discovery Land continued to be a popular spot for young families while others visited the Grand Taste and the Grand Taste Garden for local bites and refreshments.
The day ended at the Grand Taste Garden where The Golf Channel Band, as well as the 2018 winner from The Voice, Chevel Shepher, performed throughout the evening.
