Each year, the Meijer LPGA Classic for Simply Give draws some of the best women golfers in the world to Grand Rapids, Mich. for four days of competition at Blythefield Country Club. It’s an opportunity for the entire community to get involved and have fun while supporting a very important cause – feeding those facing food insecurity in our communities.
Our previous 9 tournaments generated more than $10 million for our Simply Give food pantry partners across the Midwest.

A 5k Run & Walk presented by Kellogg’s is sanctioned by USA Track & Field and will be held at Rockford High School. Bring the whole family to this fun, exciting community event prior to tournament play, where both running and walking are welcome!

Discovery Land is a kids’ destination with activities, goodies, Meijer Purple Cow ice cream and a first-of-its-kind hospitality area, The Kimberly Clark Family Care Area, for lactation use and diaper changing needs.

The Meijer LPGA Classic features culinary delights across the course, from its Grand Taste Concessions to J. Brewer's, an exclusive cuisine and hospitality experience unlike anything else on the tour.
Grand Taste Concessions offer every attendee the opportunity to taste unique concessions from local restaurants at affordable prices with all items $4 or less.
J. Brewer's is an air-conditioned all-you-can-eat food and drink experience featuring high quality Meijer meat and seafood and diverse cuisines catered by local restaurants located right on the 4th fairway.
In 2023, the tournament launched a new "Frederik's" food experience within J. Brewer’s that offers guests additional menu and beverage options. The Frederik's menu changes daily and feature products exclusive to the retailer's premium Frederik's product line. The line draws inspiration from its namesake's innovative spirit, combining the finest ingredients with authentic and appealing flavors.

It takes a lot to bring the tournament together each year and we couldn’t do it without our volunteers. Volunteering at the event is a great way to get close to the action and serve your community. The 2023 tournament had a record-breaking 1,321 volunteers, representing 15 different states.
