Electric vehicles (EVs) are a key part of reducing carbon emissions from transportation and improving air quality in the communities we serve. Since 2010, Meijer has been providing EV charging stations at the corporate campus and select stores. We continue to expand our charging offerings in partnership with key partners like Tesla, Electrify America and EVgo, and we currently have EV chargers at over 36 percent of our stores, two offices, and one distribution center. Customers can use the PlugShare website or mobile application to find EV charging at nearby Meijer locations.
