Meijer and Huggies teamed up recently to donate 100,000 diapers to the Metropolitan Detroit Diaper Bank, a member bank of the National Diaper Bank Network.

The donation was given following the No Baby Unhugged program that ran in Meijer stores this winter. For every pack of Huggies diapers purchased, Huggies donated a day’s worth of diapers (up to 400,000 diapers) and Meijer donated $1 (up to $10,000) to the diaper bank.

It’s the fifth consecutive year the two companies have joined forces to help the one in three families nationwide struggling with diaper need.
