Fort Gratiot Meijer Store Team Members Rally Together to Clean Community Road

At Meijer, we try our best to make a positive impact in the communities we serve, including helping to keep the environment a clean and safe place to live. Recently, team members at the Fort Gratiot, Mich. Meijer helped remove 19 bags of trash from Keewhadin Rd., a 3-mile stretch of the County Road Commission’s “Adopt a Highway” program.
The Fort Gratiot store adopted this stretch of the road more than 10 years ago, and participation among our team members continues to grow. With the support and commitment of our teams, the tradition continues to make a lasting impact. Two additional events like this are scheduled for later this summer.
We’re proud of our teams and congratulate them on the great work they’re doing in the community.
