Meijer Surprises Students with Special Gift on St. Nicholas Day

Countries around the world celebrate the story of St. Nicholas as part of their holiday tradition. As the story goes, St. Nicholas gave to those in need, expecting nothing in return.
This year, Meijer, in the spirit of St. Nick, gave every scholar at Blair Elementary School in Waukesha, Wisc. a special gift. Almost 400 students were welcomed to class by a pair of new winter boots filled with treats, a holiday card and an orange, which represents the ability to share what you have with others.
