Today marked the first of many exciting days at Blythefield Country Club as the Meijer LPGA Classic for Simply Give gets into full swing. Players took the course to prepare for what is sure to be a competitive tournament this weekend.
While the players were hard at work perfecting their games, tournament staff and volunteers were hard at work readying the course for the week’s upcoming events. One such event, the Grand Taste, will incorporate the best of local Michigan food and drink into the golf festivities. The Grand Taste tent will feature booths feature delicacies from all over Michigan and offer an all-you-can-eat and drink experience right on the golf course amidst some of the best women golfers in the world.
