Meijer Partners with Marquette University for Marquette Madness

For the second year in a row, Meijer is pleased to partner with Marquette University in Milwaukee, Wis. to sponsor its annual Marquette Madness event on Oct. 9. Hosted by Marquette Athletics at the Al McGuire Center, the event will showcase the college’s 2015-16 Golden Eagle men’s and women’s basketball teams.
Along with the Marquette Madness event, fans can tip off the upcoming basketball season starting with the Blue & Gold Fund Block Party across from the Al McGuire Center. The festivities will include live music, snacks and beverages, player autograph sessions, appearances by the head coaches, and more. Students can also participate in contests and giveaways, including TVs, Fitbits and gifts cards from Meijer.
