As we get to know our new neighbors in Wisconsin, Meijer is excited to announce that we’ve partnered with the Wisconsin State Fair Park to help support its high-quality, family-friendly events, including the 2015 Wisconsin State Fair, presented by U.S. Cellular® and Harvest Fair, presented by Meijer.
The 2015 Wisconsin State Fair will take place Aug. 6-16. On Aug. 12, the State Fair will host Meijer Day, where fairgoers can save $4 on one adult gate admission ticket before 6 p.m. Once inside the park, guests can visit Central Park to learn more about Meijer stores, as well as receive free samples and giveaways.
We’re also proud to sponsor the new Sea Lion Splash exhibit at the State Fair. As the Sea Lions balance balls, shoot hoops and perform headstands, the show will have the crowd cheering and laughing while teaching valuable lessons about wildlife conservation.
Our partnership with the Wisconsin State Fair Park also extends to the Harvest Fair, a free annual fall event. Harvest Fair, presented by Meijer, will take place Sept. 25-27. A family favorite for more than 20 years, guests come to enjoy activities like scarecrow-making, pumpkin bowling, cookie-decorating, kiddie tractor races and free live entertainment.
