The Meijer LPGA Classic Kicks Off This Week

The Meijer LPGA Classic presented by Kraft kicked off today by welcoming dozens of professional female golfers at Blythefield Country Club for practice rounds.
The tournament will feature 144 of the world’s best women golfers playing 72 holes July 23-26. The final field includes several players on the LPGA’s Top 10 money list, including No. 1 in the world Inbee Park and Michigan native Morgan Pressel, as well as Meijer LPGA Classic defending champion Mirim Lee.
Other notable players scheduled to vie for the $2 million purse include Lexi Thompson, Brittany Lincicome, Ai Miyazato and Cristie Kerr.
