Meijer is once again sponsoring the BISSELL Howl-O-Ween Hoof and Woof carnival in Grand Rapids, Mich., a spooktacular event benefiting local nonprofit organizations like Mary Free Bed Rehabilitation Hospital’s Pediatric Program, West Michigan Therapy Dogs and the BISSELL Pet Foundation.
The event returns from noon to 3 p.m. Oct. 24 at Gainey Field in Grand Rapids, and is free for pets and humans. The event will include games, activities, food and the “Trick-or-Treat Trail” for the entire family.
“It’s true what they say about four-legged friends being man’s best friend, but we like to think that relationship goes both ways especially thanks to great events like this,” said Stacie Behler, Meijer group vice president of public affairs and communication.
