Meijer and Hormel Foods Donate 2,000 Hams to Gleaners Food Bank of Indiana

In an ongoing effort to feed hungry families in the communities we serve, Meijer joined forces with Hormel Foods and Indiana Lt. Gov. Suzanne Crouch to donate 2,000 hams to Gleaners Food Bank of Indiana.
The hams were delivered to the food bank earlier this month.
“Meijer is a grocery store first, so food is at the core of what we do and the focus of our giving efforts,” Meijer Indianapolis Store Director Duane Russ said. “Because no one deserves to go without.”
Gleaners Food Bank of Indiana distributes food to more than 250 partner agencies in 21 Indiana counties.
