Meijer Teams Up with Milwaukee Brewers to Spread Holiday Cheer

As part of its Shop with a Hero program, Meijer teamed up with the Milwaukee Brewers to spread holiday cheer to underprivileged children and families.
The Midwest retailer proudly donated thousands of dollars in gift cards and on Dec. 9, local families celebrated the holidays at the Wauwatosa Meijer and shopped with Brewers’ favorites, including second baseman Scooter Gennett.
Along with a $100 Meijer gift card, children received a $20 gift card to purchase a toy for a child at the Children’s Hospital of Wisconsin. Families were also invited to have dinner with and meet Bernie Brewer and the Famous Racing Sausages.
