Meijer is the presenting sponsor of “The World’s Largest Halloween Party!” at the Louisville Zoo this month where children can dress up in their costumes and explore the zoo.
This is the 34th year of the ever-popular “Merry not Scary” party that features costumed characters for guests to meet and greet in fun, larger-than-life storybook scenes throughout the zoo. Children 11 years old and younger can even go trick-or-treating.
The event will be held from 5-8:30 p.m. Oct. 15-18, 22-25 and 29-30, and will host Mumpkin the Giant Talking Pumpkin, icy-cool princesses, a Superhero City, sea creatures and Wonderland characters.
Meijer will even be handing out free treats from 4:30-8:30 p.m. Oct. 22-23 from the Meijer “Sweet Ride” Food Truck.
Tickets for the event at $10 at the zoo, and $8 at the six Meijer stores in Louisville and Jeffersonville, IN.
